Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from Spain.

Orders within Spain should arrive the day after dispatch. European deliveries may take between 1 (next-day) and 7 business days. Deliveries to the rest of the world typically take between 2 and 10 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Please note that these delivery times apply from the moment the order has been shipped.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 business days of receiving them. Please allow additional time during busy periods such as Christmas.

Free worldwide shipping on orders over €180.

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information to avoid unexpected charges.

Please note that orders containing multiple items may incur additional charges for international deliveries.

If a customer refuses to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes, they will be responsible for all shipping costs, including return shipping, customs fees, and handling charges.
