RETURNS

Maior accepts returns requested within 14 days of receiving the product. Requests made after 14 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

Once the return has been approved, customers have 7 days to ship the item back.

For returns within the EU, customers are responsible for arranging and shipping the return themselves. For international returns, the process will be handled by our team using DHL. A fee of €30 applies to returns and exchanges outside the EU, which will be deducted from the refund.

All items must be returned unused and in perfect condition, with original packaging considered part of the product. Shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you have decided to keep them.

Any items returned in a faulty, damaged, dirty, used, or otherwise altered condition will not be refunded. These items will be made available for collection at our warehouse at the customer’s expense.

Before returning any item, customers must contact us at info@maior-official.com stating the reason for the return or exchange. Once the item has been shipped, the tracking number must also be provided. All returns must be approved by our team prior to shipment. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Sale items are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs. Shipping costs will only be refunded if the item is deemed faulty prior to dispatch.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned items at our warehouse, using the original payment method. Please note that international duties and taxes are non-refundable.
